Pursuant to the requirements of Executive Order 2011-011K and Senate Bill 2 of the 129th General Assembly, which requires state agencies, including the Ohio Department of Public Safety, Dealer Licensing Section to review and draft rules in collaboration with stakeholders, assess and justify any adverse impact on the business community (as defined by Senate Bill 2), and provide opportunity for interested parties to provide input on proposed rules.
The Dealer Licensing Section has the following rule, which is an existing rule being reviewed.
Ohio Administrative Code, 4501:1-3-08, is the requirements for place of business required for used motor vehicle dealers, which are required to be licensed by Chapter 4517 of the Revised Code.
All parties are invited to offer suggestions, comments, or propose amendments to the attached rule being reviewed. All correspondence can be submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than June 7, 2015. If any amendments are made to the rule, that rule will be drafted and re-submitted to all participating parties for review prior to posting the rule for public comment on the small business regulatory website.
